Mary Dillon not one of the dependants mentioned under the Army Pensions Act, 1932. Mentioned in file that Patrick Walsh and Patrick Dalton were killed in the same incident. Con Dee wounded. Applicant claims that deceased was Captain of the Duagh Company and that he was a member of the Active Service Unit (Flying Column). File contains: certified copy of death certificate.
