Subject Information File relates to Elizabeth Fenner’s application under the Army Pensions Acts in respect of the death of her nephew William Warren who was killed on 22 September 1922 at Howth Tower, Dublin. Inquiry reports that Warren was shot by Private T Devine after failing to halt at Howth Barracks when requested. Private T Devine exonerated from all blame.
