Subject Information File relates to William and Ellen Fagan’s application under the Army Pensions Acts in respect of the death of their son Thomas James Fagan. Fagan was accidentally shot on 13 December 1922 by Private Joseph Lynch while he was stationed at an outpost at Goulding’s Jetty, Alexander Road. He was brought to Jervis Street Hospital where he died the following day.
