Title Irish Citizen Army Activities 
Scope and Content File contains letter from Padraig O’Broin (late Captain MSP34REF981) dated 20 August 1940 accompanying material submitted to the Office of the Referee, relating to the organisation and the membership of the Irish Citizen Army (South County Dublin). This material had been submitted to the Army Pensions Board in October 1935 (see RO/10A in MSPC). The material contains: list of names of ICA Officers and NCOs (1921-1923), a short ‘Memorandum of Active and General Service’ for the period 1920 to 1923. The document gives a general overview of the activity of this particular unit in the South Dublin area.
