File further includes: signed typed letter dated 23 December 1941 from the Secretary to Patrick Little T. D., Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, enclosing "Operational Records" of Youghal IRA Company, forwarded to Little by Sean P. Daly, Cork Hill, Youghal, quoting contents of a letter from Daly to Little regarding claims under the Military Service Pensions Acts, the contents of the records, the likelihood that the contents would cause controversy among some applicants from Youghal Company and reporting Daly's request that the records be treated "...with strictest confidence..." - unclear if the records of Youghal Company on file are those referred to in this letter.
