Title Convictions. Stephen Grace, Ardfinnan. Loss of Disability Pension 
Scope and Content File deals with the case for the restoration of a Disability Pension (DP) of £50 pa paid to Stephen Grace, Ardfinnan, Cahir, Co. Tipperary which was forfeit following his conviction by the Special Criminal Court on 26 June 1942 of a “scheduled offence” (“not of a serious nature”) of possession of 2 rounds of .22 ammunition and common assault charges. His DP subsequently restored by Government decision at meeting of 12 October 1942. Related file/X reference DP 1819.
