Subject Information File relates to Dominick Mulchrone's receipt of a military service pension in respect of his service with the IRA between 1 April 1920 and 30 September 1923. The applicant also unsuccessfully claimed for the periods between 1 April 1917 and 31 March 1920. During the Civil War the applicant claims to have been appointed as company Quarter Master in 1920; claims to have regularly carried dispatches and acted as a scout; members of Kilroy's column often stayed in his house; Dominick Mulchrone's home was raided and he was fired on while escaping, his brother was shot and died two days later.
