File relates to Patrick Lunn's application for a wound pension or gratuity under the Army Pensions Acts in respect of gunshot wounds received by him while serving with the National Army. States that he was wounded in the left jaw which resulted in the loss of 16 teeth and facial disfigurement. Says that he was wounded on 24 November 1922 while proceeding to Newport, County Mayo.
Joined the National Army on 26 July 1922 (attested on 17 August 1922) at Newport and was discharged as medically unfit on 22 November/December 1923.
