Title The Secretary, Board of Assessors, Portobello Barracks, Dublin 
Scope and Content Lists of applicants for Military Service Certificates sent to the Board of Assessors from the Army Finance Officer. Lists include file numbers, names and addresses (L.files). Also contains letter from Sd Thomas Gorman to General O’Sullivan regarding cases in which there appeared to be no official record that the claimant had service in the Army. Requesting that a memorandum be attached to the MSP form to give information on the individual rank, where he served, the name of his Commanding Officer, and whether the applicant was in receipt of Army pay.
